Volvo Confirms 2018 XC60 Debut in Geneva

For quite some time now, we’ve heard rumors of the next Volvo model to get updated to the brand’s new platform and styling. Now, it’s confirmed. At next week’s Geneva Motor Show, the Swedish Automaker will unveil the 2018 XC60 compact crossover. Like the XC90 before it, it appears to be quite the handsome CUV indeed.

Of course, that’s from the little we can discern from the teaser video above. Already, however, we can see small evolutions in the styling compared to the XC90. For example, the Thor’s Hammer headlamps extend beyond the headlights, and the grille has noticeably less chrome. The rest of what we know comes by way of a press release, which claims U.S. spec XC60s will come with turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with 250 horsepower. We expect to learn more at the show on March 7th.

In the meantime, we have plenty of new Volvo models available for you to peruse at our Melbourne, FL dealership. To learn more about any of them, or schedule a test drive, please contact our dealership at your convenience.
